When I started at TicketCity, one of the things I was impressed with was the dedication to the customer. Over the years it has been articulated many ways: “By fans, for fans”, “Your friend in the ticket biz”, etc. But the main core has always been to do right by the customer. That takes time and above all, it takes the right people. People that know that the customer is key to business but also that there’s a business to run.
Since the business changed in 2017, we’ve had trouble connecting to the customer like we did before. We’ve worked hard reading the feedback, chatting on social and engaging with our customers honestly. I was proud in 2023 when we won the Customer Service award but even more so in 2024 to win it back-to-back. I can’t imagine a better group of people to go to work with each day.
